Sit another official Digital SAT during your active membership window.
If your verified official score doesn't beat your baseline by the guaranteed amount, we refund your most recent Premium payment. The refund goes back to your original payment method within 14 business days of claim approval.
To claim, email info@test-ninjas.com with the subject "Refund claim — [test name]". Attach your official score report and a screenshot of your Test Ninjas dashboard showing 100% lesson completion plus your completed full-length practice tests. We review claims within 5 business days.
Only one refund is allowed per account, ever — across all tests. Once you've claimed a refund, future memberships are not eligible for the guarantee.
Only the most recent payment for your Test Ninjas premium package is eligible. The refund does not include any additional fees, charges, or previous payments.
